Q: Where do I meet my driver at the airport?

A: Your driver will meet you at baggage claim area.

Q: How do I recognize my driver?

A: The driver will have a sign with you last name on it.

Q: Where or what number do I call if I can't find my driver?

Q: What if my flight is early or delayed?

A: We monitor all commercial as well as private flights, we also check the trains. So whether you arrive early or late our driver will be at the baggage claim area waiting for your arrival.

Q: What type of vehicles do you use?

A: We use late-model Lincoln Town Cars/Cadillac Deville as well as Cadillac Escalade ESV.

Q: What is you cancellation policy?

A: Priority Airport Sedan requires 2 hours advance notice for all cancellations. If you cancel less than 2 hours before your scheduled service, we do bill you for the full amount.
